At ISA, we seek to make a positive impact on local communities wherever our staff, customers and suppliers are based.
Communities across the UK can be vulnerable to facing challenges, with regards to their societies and general social wellbeing. With operations across the UK, we seek to help various worthy causes and projects deserving our support
To do this, we encourage our business to engage and invest in community projects, either directly with financial support or through staff volunteering, fundraising and the provision of ISA services. As well as directly benefiting the communities involved, this process improves engagement with our staff and strengthens relationships with our customers.
Our directors act as mentors, assisting young start-ups with a ‘vision’ or business idea. They offer their own time to these individuals and coach them to become confident and aware of their own abilities.
If you are a young person with an idea and would like assistance and support to get your concept ‘off the ground’, then send your details to [email protected]
Due to the high number of requests received, please allow at least two weeks for our team to contact you. Please note we get in touch with individuals who we know we can assist, in the first instance.
ISA Match It
We give importance to acting as respected corporate citizens of our community and all our employees are encouraged to play an active role in supporting charitable and community projects in their local area.
The ISA ‘Match It’ programme helps our employees and the worthy causes they support, by offering to ‘double their money’ through matched funds. The company will either directly match the money raised, or look to collaborate with other organisations to raise the funds needed.
ISA Support Services are proud supporters of Macmillan’s Cancer Support.
One in three of us will get cancer and it’s the toughest thing most of us will ever face. If you’ve been diagnosed with cancer, or a loved one has, you’ll want a team of people in your corner supporting you every step of the way.
Macmillan provides practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care.
Here at ISA, we are proud of our association with Macmillan and actively try and promote the charity and what they stand for.
Giving made easy
We operate an ‘easy giving scheme’ where employees can opt to make regular donations to a chosen charity. This money is deducted from the employee’s salary and given straight to the charity.

We are currently in the process of setting up the ISA Foundation. Our foundation will focus on helping those from the most vulnerable parts of society.
